How to make Tonkatsu! I heard that some people have difficulty getting Tonkatsu sauce. So I tried to make it by myself. I think I made Tonkatsu sauce that is pretty close to the real one!

Pork loin - 300g


Egg
Flour - 4tbsp
Water - 1tbsp
Oil - 1tbsp
Bread crumbs


Sweet chili sauce - 1tbsp
Ketchup - 3tbsp
Soy sauce - 1tbsp
Vinegar - 1tbsp


Worcestershire sauce - 1tbsp
Ketchup - 2tbsp
