The 2010 Leadership fellows share their insights with first-year MBAs.

Fellows have been selected from among high-potential MBA students, to spend two quarters in their second year developing interpersonal skills by facilitating, coaching, and mentoring their first-year MBA peers.

First-year students receive coaching and support from Leadership Fellows, in the context of the required team-based Leadership Labs they take in the Autumn quarter, culminating with the Executive Challenge.

First-year students can opt-in to receive structured one-on-one coaching that takes place over a period of 20 weeks.
