Hi my loves! Today’s video is what I eat in a day! Right now I’m currently trying to lose overall body fat (cutting) as that’s what one of my goals is at the moment. * idk why I said in the vid that I wasn’t trying to lose weight, I am haha sorry about the confusion sometimes I have word vomit & forget what I’m saying lollll😂* AMYWAYSSS soooo that means that my macros right now are in a caloric deficit. My caloric intake right now is around 1850-2000cals a day give or take.
