10 pcs kani crabstick or 10 pcs shrimp 🍤
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp patis or fish sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 1/4 cup flour
3 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 medium size onion 🧅
3 cloves garlic 🧄
1/4 cup spring onion
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp five spice

1 1/2 cup water
2 tbsp cornstarch
5-6 tbsp brown sugar/ 1/2 cup
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
Black pepper
Garlic
Onion
