兑汁 prepare sauce：

糖 sugar 3 tsp
酱油 soy sauce 2 tsp
醋 vinegar 2 tsp
料酒 cooking wine 2 tsp
白胡椒粉 white pepper powder 1/8 tsp
水 water 1 tbsp
湿淀粉 wet corn starch 3 tsp

准备姜片、蒜片、葱段和花生
Prepare sliced ginger, garlic, green onions and peanuts
