Barre & Pilates Workout with Mini Ball // Good for Beginners & Seniors

Join me for a great 25 minute barre and pilates fusion workout! All you need is a sturdy chair or counter top for support and a ball (something you can hold in one hand) or you can use a rolled up towel in the sections where we place the ball behind our knee and in the crook of our arm for biceps.
A few of the moves we do two sets. If you find it too difficult, just start with one set and feel free to take a break and jump back in when you are ready.
You will love this total body toning workout! The ball makes it fun and I love to demonstrate how to use the ball to tone instead of weights or dumbbells. These exercises are easy on the joints and low impact.
