Resep Nasi Liwet Sunda (3-4 porsi)

Bahan nasi:
375 gr beras
500 ml air
12 siung bawang merah
3 batang serai, geprek
3-5 lembar daun salam
2 buah cabai merah
10 buah cabai rawit merah
2 sdm Blue Band Rice Mix rasa ayam
½ sdt garam
¼ sdt merica
30 gr petai, belah dua, opsional

Bahan cumi oseng cabai gendot:
100 gr cumi asin, rebus
3 siung bawang putih, iris
8 siung bawang merah, iris
3 buah cabai gendot, potong
2 buah tomat hijau, potong
10 buah cabai rawit merah, iris
40 gr petai, belah dua, opsional
100 ml air
¼ sdt garam
2 sdt gula
½ sdt penyedap

Bahan keciwis bakar:
6 buah keciwis, belah dua
1 sdm Blue Band Serbaguna
¼ sdt merica
50 ml air

Pelengkap:

Langkah:
1. Untuk nasi liwet, tumis bawang merah, serai, daun salam, cabai merah, cabai rawit, dan petai, tumis hingga wangi
2. Masukkan beras ke dalam rice cooker dan air, tambahkan bahan tumisan, Blue Band Rice Mix rasa ayam, garam, dan merica, masak hingga matang
3. Untuk oseng cumi, tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah, aduk kemudian masukkan cumi, goreng hingga kering
4. Masukkan cabai gendot, cabai rawit, tomat hijau, dan petai, aduk, lalu tambahkan air, garam, gula, dan penyedap, aduk rata
5. Untuk keciwis, masukkan keciwis yang telah dipotong ke dalam wajan, lalu tambahkan air, masak hingga air menyusut,
6. Tambahkan merica dan Blue Band Serbaguna, panggang hingga kecokelatan
7. Nasi liwet siap disajikan

Sundanese Nasi Liwet Recipe (yield 3-4 servings)

Nasi Liwet ingredients:
375 g rice
500 ml water
12 pc shallot
3 pc lemongrass, pounded
3-5 pc bay leaf
2 pc red chili
10 pc red bird’s eye chili
2 tbsp Blue Band Rice Mix Chicken flavor
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
30 g bitter bean, halved, optional

Salted Squid Habanero Stir Fry ingredients:
100 g salted squid, boiled
3 clove garlic, sliced
8 pc shallot, sliced
3 pc habanero, sliced
2 pc tomatillo, sliced
10 pc red bird’s eye chili, sliced
40 g bitter bean, halved, optional
100 ml water
¼ tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
½ tsp flavor enhancer

Roasted Keciwis ingredients:
6 pc keciwis, halved
1 tbsp Blue Band Serbaguna
¼ tsp pepper
50 ml water

Steps:
1. For the Nasi Liwet, sauté the shallots, lemongrass, bay leaves, red chili, bird’s eye chili, and bitter beans until fragrant.
2. Add the rice and water into the rice cooker. Add the sautéd ingredients in with Blue Band Rice Mix in Chicken flavor, salt, and pepper. Cook until done.
3. For the Salted Squid Habanero Stir Fry, sauté the garlic and shallots. Stir, then add the squid in and cook until crisp.
4. Add the habanero, bird’s eye chili, tomatillo, and bitter beans in. Stir and add water, salt, sugar, and flavor enhancer.
5. For the Roasted Keciwis, add the sliced keciwis into the pan. Add water and cook until reduced.
6. Add pepper and Blue Band Serbaguna, roast until browned.
7. Nasi Liwet is ready to serve.
