OVERALL:

Pavlov is a fun multiplayer game that I sometimes come back to!
It looks like counter strike in Virtual Reality and is focused on multiplayer! Soon there will be a Battle Royal mode aswell!

Would I buy this game again if I lost my steam account?

It's really cheap so defenitly yes!
