今天来尝试做传说中最贵的芝士蛋糕,“Lotus Biscoff和情缤咖时芝士蛋糕”。做法简单直接,不用烤箱。这芝士蛋糕内部有满满的焦糖饼干块和涂抹酱。上面再淋上融化顺滑的和情缤咖时涂抹酱自然的滴落蛋糕边沿,好疗愈舒服~垂涎三尺。浓厚香甜焦糖味,酸甜丝滑芝士,苦甜黑巧克力,清新柠檬汁,咸香饼底,刚好中和所有味道,甜度适中,超好吃~ 和情缤咖时铁粉一定要尝试!

5g Gelatin Powder

50g Icing Sugar
1g Salt
2g Lemon Juice
95g Lotus Biscoff Spread (Smooth)
200g Dairy Whipping Cream (Cold)
5pcs Lotus Biscoff Biscuits (Broken into small pcs)
(Chill 6hours to overnight in normal fridge)
