当世界只剩下巧克力和面粉时你能做些什么? What can you bake when the world left only chocolate and flour?
只需要两种材料的巧克力饼干,制作简单到极致,不需要复杂的工序。从准备到烤好可以在30分钟内完成。饼干的巧克力味浓郁,口感很特别,有别于一般饼干的酥。建议巧克力控的可以试一试。
后来又用白巧克力做饼干,低筋面粉加多5g,面糊比较稠,挤出来的花很立体,口感很脆,跟用半甜巧克力,低筋面粉用量略少的口感完全不同,各有各的魅力。
材料:
1)半甜烘培巧克力 - 113g
2)低筋面粉 - 50g
**谢谢网友们的分享,建议用巧克力砖制作这款饼干。用巧克力纽扣制作的话,烤好花纹会不明显;用巧克力豆制作的话面糊会很浓稠,低粉用量要相对减少,调到视频里的浓稠度就可以。
**巧克力是饼干的灵魂,一定要买优质的巧克力才能做出好吃的饼干。我用半甜巧克力,甜度适中,吃起来不甜不腻。
**面糊偏软,所以挤好第一圈的花后,不要再挤面糊,边转圈边把挤花袋拿起好让面糊自然滑落收尾。
**我用Wilton 1M的挤花嘴,做18片饼干;视频里的白巧克力糊加多5g低筋面粉,面糊较稠,做了13片饼干。

Ingredients:
1)Semi-weet baking chocolate - 113g
2)Cake flour - 50g
**Use good quality baking chocolate for great flavor. I use semisweet baking chocolate, the cookies are so chocolaty and yet not overly sweet.
**The batter is soft. The trick to get a nice shape is after piping the first circle, stop applying pressure and let the the dough flows naturally as you pull the bag away.
**I also tried white chocolate to make cookies and used extra 5g of cake flour. The batter is thick, more manageable and the cookies turn out very crunchy.
**Used Wilton 1M to pipe the cookies. Make 18 semi-sweet chocolate cookies; white chocolate batter are thicker due to higher amount of cake flour and they yield 13 cookies.
