In September 2019, I went back home to Jakarta for a short 2 weeks holiday. My boyfriend and I took 2 days to film around showcasing what you can do in Jakarta as a traveler or a tourist. When people go to Indonesia, they oftentimes will go straight to Bali as the main destination hence Jakarta is often overlooked. I hope that the video will give a glimpse as to how and what you can do while in Jakarta.

I am an Indonesian female solo traveler, who started solo traveling in 2013. After working for the government till 2016, I left Indonesia to pursue full-time traveling and to document myself as I explore different cultures as a solo female.

Having initially traveled for 5 months throughout Asia, I moved to China in January 2017 for an English teaching job, which was my first experience living abroad.
