Ingredients:

3 eggs
separate the yolks from the whites
40 g sweetener(stevia/or your choice) ~1/4 cup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
260 g yogurt(10% fat) 1 cup
orange peel/ or lemon
1 tablespoon orange/lemon juice
35 g rice flour/ almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
bake 35-40 minutes at 160°C/320°F
