300g All-purpose flour 中筋面粉
3g Yeast 酵母粉
2g Salt 盐
1tbsp Oil 蔬菜油
190g Water 水
300g Ground beef 牛肉馅
1tsp Salt 盐
1tbsp Cooking wine 黄酒
1tbsp Soy sauce 酱油
1/4tsp White pepper 白胡椒粉
1/4tsp Sichuan pepper 花椒粉
1tsp Ginger powder 姜粉
2tbsp Mushroom powder 香菇粉
2tbsp Oil 油
2 Shallots 小洋葱
