VEGAN What I Eat In A Day As A Model - DETOX DAY | My Plant Based Clean Eating Day, What I Eat For A Healthy Detox & The Foods I Put Into My Body To Clean My System | Sanne Vloet
Hi Guys!
The holidays aren't over, but I am still full from yesterdays family feast! What did you guys do for Christmas celebrations? And for those of us here who celebrated something else, tell me about your favorite family tradition during this time of year? What do you eat, do you play boardgames with your family, or maybe this year you are visiting somewhere warm with the people you love? However you celebrate the holidays I wish you all to be surrounded by love and warmth! Oh... Santa bring anyone anything awesome?
For those of you who have been with me a while, you know that Max's mother is an amazing health food chef! She's helped me make meals for a Friendsgiving, she's inspired me with recipe ideas, and she has introduced me to so many new cookbooks that I never even knew about. Food has brought me so many gifts in my life. I've connected with the most amazing people because of food, we have almost 850 thousand people in the this community who are passionate about health and wellness, I was able to meet inspiring women like Sadia (Pick Up Limes), and I've been able to see how food can bring people together no matter what their differences might be. I feel like food makes us all leave our differences at the door, we forget what separates us, we focus on one thing, and that is love, good energy, and the company of the people that we are sharing these moments with. I want to spend time in 2020 bringing people together with food, I want to break barriers, help spread love, and ultimately show everyone that we are all human, we are all the same, and we need to work together to create a better world. Food is where it can all start, do you agree? Let's discuss the power of food and how it can bring people together today!
We are a few days away from 2020, which means I want to let you guys know two more of my New Years resolutions. One, I want to learn to dance and I finally convinced Max to take classes with me. Anyone have any recommendations on types of dance we should start to learn? Second, I want to start learning to speak a new language. Max and I have the ability to speak french, but what happens if we learnt together and became fluent? Let me know what languages you should we should try to learn in 2020.
One last question? Have you subscribed, if you haven't click on this link NOW (https://bit.ly/2KzihS5) and join me because 2020 is going to be about learning. We will grow together, learn together, and continue to push towards our goals! Please give this video a big thumbs up and share this with everyone that you know! I think we could all use a little push towards a healthier lifestyle and I'm here to help!
Let me know what you guys think about food and how it can bring us all together!
xx
