The US Army finally saved Captain Phillips (Tom Hanks from Philadelphia and Forrest Gump) and killed all of the Somali pirates except their captain, Muse (Barkhad Abdi). Richard Phillips is taken care of. The nightmare is over but he is traumatized. He says he is okay. However, we can clearly see that he is not. He has a head injury. He starts crying. Caregivers tell him to lie down and rest. He asks them if his family knows if he’s okay. They say they do.

What’s the movie Captain Phillips about?
Based on a true story, the film focuses on the Alabama’s commanding officer, Captain Richard Phillips (two-time Academy Award®-winner Tom Hanks, Best Actor, 1993, Philadelphia; Best Actor, 1994, Forrest Gump) and the Somali pirate captain, Muse (Barkhad Abdi), who takes him hostage.
Both men will find themselves at the mercy of forces beyond their control.
