* Ingredients
200g (1 cup) Canned corn
1pc Egg
1g (1/4 tsp) Salt
50g (0.4 cups) Cornstarch
Mozzarella cheese
Sesame seeds

* Important tips
1. If using raw corn to make it, it is recommended to boil the corn for 5 minutes, then drain the water and take 200 grams of boiled corn. You can also use frozen corn and microwave them for 2 minutes in advance.
2. Heat on low heat all the way through, first fry the corn until it is set. Then put the mozzarella cheese on top and cover to heat for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
