Ingredients (using a 4.5cm scoop: 16 cookies)

115g room temperature butter
90g brown sugar, 80g white sugar, 2g salt
1 room temperature egg (approximately 60g with shell)
a little vanilla extract
200g cake flour (can replace all-purpose flour), 4g baking powder
120g chocolate chips
