mushrooms - 250 g (8.8 oz)
oil - 40 ml (1.35 fl oz)
flour - 50 g (1.76 oz)
sweet cream for cooking- 50 ml (⅕ cup)
concentrated chicken soup - 500 ml (16.9 fl oz)
salt - 1 teaspoon
black pepper - ½ teaspoon
herbs of Provence - ½ teaspoon
parsley - ½ bundle
Cook with cover over low fire for 20 min
