❗Ingredients
1. Eclair
80g/10tbsp Cake flour
3pcs Egg
75g/5.3tbsp Unsalted butter
75ml/5tbsp Milk
75ml/5tbsp Water
8g/0.5tbsp Sugar
1.5g/0.25tbsp Salt
2. Chocolate Cream
50g Chocolate chips
300ml/1cup+4tbsp whipping cream
12g/1tbsp Sugar
Decorating tip size 2cm
Preheat the Oven at 210°C (410°F) then turn to 175°C (350°F) bake for 40 minutes

Baking suggestions.
1. 3 eggs need to be at room temperature in the recipe, if the eggs are just brought out from the fridge, you need to put them at room temperature for 30 minutes, or soak them in warm water for a while.
2. roughly need to add 3 eggs, depending on the state of the batter, the batter should be shiny, and make a smooth inverted triangle
3. the decorating tip is suggested to choose more than 1.5cm, I used 2cm, the baking time is 40 minutes, the baking time needs to be adjusted if the decorating tip is not the same
4. you can also check the chocolate crepe cake video I posted before for how to make the chocolate cream, after the chocolate melts, let it cool down to room temperature and then pour it into the cream
