Resep Egg Chicken Roll (6-7 rol)
Bahan:
600 gr paha ayam
7 siung bawang putih halus
3 sdm bawang merah goreng
2 sdm maizena
1 butir putih telur
120 gr air es / es batu
2 sdm minyak wijen
1,5 sdt garam
1,5 sdm gula pasir
2 sdt kaldu ayam
½ sdt merica
¾ sdt pala bubuk / ngohiong
1-2 lembar roti tawar kecil
50 ml air
Bahan kulit rolade:
2 butir telur
80 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
40 gr maizena
250 ml air
2 sdm minyak
¾ sdt garam
½ sdt kaldu bubuk / penyedap
Pewarna kuning secukupnya, opsional
Lainnya:
Minyak Goreng Fortune
Nasi putih Beras Premium Fortune

Langkah:
1. Untuk kulit, campurkan tepung terigu, maizena, telur, air, dan minyak, aduk rata lalu tambahkan sedikit pewarna kuning, aduk rata
2. Tambahkan garam dan kaldu bubuk, aduk rata
3. Panaskan wajan di api kecil, tuang adonan kulit sambil di ratakan, masak hingga matang kemudian sisihkan
4. Keringkan ayam, masukkan ke dalam food processor bersamaan dengan garam, kaldu bubuk, dan gula pasir, haluskan hingga lengket
5. Masukkan bawang putih halus, dan bawang goreng, haluskan lalu tambahkan merica, bubuk pala, minyak wijen, dan es batu, haluskan kembali
6. Masukkan putih telur dan maizena, haluskan hingga tercampur rata
7. Potong kotak kecil roti lalu campurkan dengan air, masukkan ke dalam food processor, haluskan
8. Siapkan kulit egg roll, tuang adonan lalu oles ujung kulit dengan larutan tepung, gulung
9. Kukus egg chicken roll selama 20 menit, tiriskan kemudian potong-potong
10. Panaskan minyak goreng fortune lalu goreng egg chicken roll hingga kuning keemasan
11. Egg chicken roll siap disajikan

Egg Chicken Roll Recipe (yield 6-7 rolls)
Ingredients:
600 g chicken thigh
7 clove minced garlic
3 tbsp fried shallot
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 pc egg white
120 g cold water / ice cube
2 tbsp sesame oil
1.5 tsp salt
1.5 tbsp sugar
2 tsp chicken powder
½ tsp pepper
¾ tsp nutmeg / five-spice powder
1-2 slice white bread, small
50 ml water
Rissole Skin ingredients:
2 pc egg
80 g all-purpose flour
40 g cornstarch
250 ml water
2 tbsp oil
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp stock powder / MSG
Yellow food coloring, optional
Others:
Fortune Oil
Fortune Premium Rice

Steps:
1. For the skin, combine the flour, cornstarch, egg, water, and oil. Mix well, then add a little bit of yellow food coloring. Stir.
2. Add salt and stock powder. Mix well.
3. Heat the pan on low heat. Pour the batter and even it out. Cook through and set aside.
4. Pat the chicken dry. Add it into the food processor along with the salt, stock powder, and sugar. Blend until sticky.
5. Add minced garlic and fried shallots. Blend, then add pepper, nutmeg powder, sesame oil, and ice cubes. Blend it again.
6. Add egg white and cornstarch. Blend until it’s mixed evenly.
7. Dice the bread. Mix it with water, then add into the food processor and blend.
8. Prepare the Egg Roll skin. Spread the meat dough, roll, and seal the skin with the flour mixture.
9. Steam the Egg Chicken Rolls for 20 minutes. Set aside, then slice.
10. Heat Fortune Oil, then fry the Egg Chicken Rolls until golden brown.
11. Egg Chicken Rolls are ready to serve.
