Resep Ayam Goreng Mentega (untuk 4-5 porsi)
Bahan marinasi:
4 pcs paha ayam broiler utuh
1 buah jeruk nipis
1 sdm kecap asin
2 sdm maizena
½ sdt garam
½ sdt merica
1 sdt kaldu / penyedap
Bahan saus:
3 siung bawang putih, geprek
½ buah bawang bombai, iris
4-5 sdm margarin / mentega
3 sdm kecap kecap inggris
1 sdm saus tiram
2 sdm kecap manis
½ sdm saus sambal / saus tomat
2 sdt gula pasir
½ sdt kaldu ayam
Minyak untuk menumis secukupnya
Air secukupnya
Lainnya:
Jeruk limau
Langkah:
1. Potong ayam masing-masing menjadi 4 bagian lalu marinasi dengan jeruk nipis, kecap asin, kaldu bubuk, garam, dan merica, tutup dengan cling wrap diamkan selama 30 menit di suhu ruang
2. Panaskan minyak, goreng ayam di api besar hingga kering, tiriskan
3. Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis bawang hingga wangi dan kecokelatan lalu masukkan margarin dan bawang bombai, tumis sebentar
4. Masukkan kecap inggris, saus tiram, kecap manis, saus sambal, gula, dan kaldu ayam, aduk rata
5. Masukkan ayam dan air secukupnya, masak sesaat
6. Ayam goreng mentega siap disajikan

Soy Butter Fried Chicken (yield 4-5 serving)
Marinating ingredients:
4 pc whole broiler chicken thigh
1 pc lime
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp cornstarch
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp stock powder / flavor enhancer
Sauce ingredients:
3 clove garlic, pounded
½ pc onion, sliced
4-5 tbsp margarine / butter
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
½ tbsp chili sauce / tomato sauce
2 tsp sugar
½ tsp chicken powder
Oil to sauté, as needed
Water, as needed
Others:
Kaffir lime
Steps:
1. Chop each of the chicken thighs into 4 parts. Marinate with lime, soy sauce, stock powder, salt, and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
2. Heat the oil and fry the chicken on high heat until crisp. Set aside.
3. Heat some oil. Sauté the garlic until fragrant and browned, then add margarine and onion. Sauté for a moment.
4. Add Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, chili sauce, sugar, and stock powder. Stir well.
5. Add the fried chicken and water, as needed. Cook for a moment.
6. Soy Butter Fried Chicken is ready to serve.
