Ingredients材料:
250g cream cheese (奶油芝士)
200g whipping cream (动物性鲜奶油)
200ml milk (鲜奶)
30g plain flour (普通面粉)
30g corn flour (玉米粉)
5 egg yolks (蛋黄)
1 tbsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)
5 egg whites (蛋白)
1 tsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)
120g caster sugar (幼糖)
Bake in water bath at 180°C for 20 minutes. Reduce the heat to 150°C and bake for 80 minutes.
用水浴法,以180°C 烤20分钟,然后将温度调到150°C继续烤80分钟。
