Resep Chili Crab Stick (untuk 2 porsi)
Bahan:
12 pcs crab stick
2 sdt bumbu gulai instan
1 butir telur
1,5 sdm saus tiram
2 sdm saus sambal
300 ml air
1,5 sdm maizena
½ buah bawang bombai
2 siung bawang putih
2 buah cabai merah
4 buah cabai rawit
1-2 sdt gula pasir
½ sdt kaldu bubuk / penyedap
Minyak goreng secukupnya
Pelengkap:
Nais putih
Langkah:
1. Potong bawang bombai, bawang putih, cabai merah, dan cabai rawit merah
2. Belah dua crab stick kemudian panaskan sedikit minyak, goreng hingga kering, sisihkan
3. Sisihkan sebagian minyak lalu tumis bawang bombai, aduk rata
4. Masukkan bawang putih, aduk rata kemudian masukkan cabai merah dan cabai rawit, tumis hingga wangi
5. Masukkan bumbu gulai, saus tiram, saus sambal, gula, dan penyedap, aduk rata
6. Campurkan maizena dengan air lalu tuang ke dalam wajan, aduk hingga mengental
7. Kocok lepas telur, tuang ke dalam wajan perlahan sambil diaduk
8. Masukkan crab stick, masak sesaat
9. Chili crab stick siap disajikan

Chili Crab Stick Recipe (yield 2 servings)
Ingredients:
12 pc crab stick
2 tsp instant Gulai paste
1 pc egg
1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp chili sauce
300 ml water
1.5 tbsp cornstarch
½ pc onion
2 clove garlic
2 pc red chili
4 pc Thai chili
1-2 tsp sugar
½ tsp stock powder / MSG
Oil, as needed
Others:
Rice
Steps:
1. Slice the onion, garlic, red chili, and red Thai chili.
2. Halve the crab sticks. Heat some oil and fry them until crisp. Set aside.
3. Set aside some of the oil, then sauté the onion.
4. Add garlic. Stir, then add red chili and Thai chili. Sauté until fragrant.
5. Add the Gulai paste, oyster sauce, chili sauce, sugar, and MSG. Stir well.
6. Mix the cornstarch with water and add it into the pan. Stir until the sauce thickens.
7. Lightly beat the egg. Pour into the pan slowly while stirring.
8. Add the crab sticks in and cook for a moment.
9. Chili Crab Stick is ready to serve.
