this mirror cake is strawberry cheesecake flavor and taste was so nice.

instant gelatin 1tbsp(hotwater 50ml)
lemon juice 2tbsps

top layer
condensed milk 45g
granulated sugar 65g
water 35ml
white chocoalte 75g
gelatin 4g(water 25ml)
food dye red
