老舗食堂「ハイライト」が名物のチキンカツを使用し、新たにオープンさせたサンドイッチ専門店「ハイライトカツサンド」さんに密着しております！

何かと話題となっている「鶏に謝れ。」のキャッチフレーズには創業以来､名物として数多くのお客様に愛されてきたチキンカツを､鶏肉で商売をしてきたことへの鶏に対する｢おおきに｣と｢かんにん｣の想いが込められています。

見方によると少し挑戦的にも見えるキャッチフレーズであった為、ヴィーガン界隈から相当叩かれ、インスタのコメント欄は数日間カオス状態とかなり大変だったそうです。

ソース・タルタル・手作りマヨネーズ、鶏も冷凍でなく新鮮な朝引きのものを使用する等、随所にこだわりを感じられ、同時に妙な懐かしさをも感じさせてくれる非常に満足度の高い美味しいカツサンドに仕上がっております！
