This is a plyometrics routine is for women who have successfully completed several lower body/butt & thigh workouts and need a greater challenge. This workout include split squats, squat holds, prisoner squats and other amazing exercises that give you that good burn! This workout targets the quads really well and includes just the right amount of movement to keep your heart rate up.

Most people can safely complete this workout twice a week as part of a comprehensive fitness program but please check with your doctor for specific recommendations for your unique situation ❤
