In this rapidly evolving technological world, time has arrived for school to reinvent itself.
Traditionally, schools are designed to memorise lots of content, this might have been relevant
before the internet era, however, this is rapidly becoming an outdated practice. schools need to
place a strong emphasis on personal development to cultivate complex problem-solving abilities
while developing an entrepreneurial mindset.

Anuhya Thota is a sixth-form student studying at Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School, Horncastle, Lincolnshire UK. From a young age, she has been fascinated by STEM subjects. She enjoys team working, problem-solving and critical thinking. She strives to think about cutting-edge educational systems and how the next generation of schools ought to be designed so that they serve as the catalyst for resolving the issues that the world is currently facing. She also enjoys swimming, singing, and acting. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
