Check out this luxury apartment tour in Tokyo Japan in the 3 Bedroom Superior unit of Oakwood Residence Shinagawa. Probably a very lucky once in a lifetime experience to stay here (temporarily) while I hunt for my not-so-luxurious permanent apartment for permanent stay haha.... ⬥ The Good ⬥
- 92sqm is VERY big for Tokyo standards. Around 1.5x bigger than usual 3BR apartments.
- Direct connect to JR Shinagawa station, which is also a Shinkansen stop so it really connects you to most parts of Japan you can think of
- Twice weekly cleaning and bedsheet change
- Super NEW kitchen appliances all around including induction stove, dishwasher drawer, huge sink with disposer/food waste grinder function
- HIGH TECH toilet bespoke to Japan. Bidet function, bath area with dryer and heater function to dry your clothes indoors and keep you warm during cold times, bathtub auto-fill, just awesome.
- Lots of STORAGE space that is rare in Tokyo. Clever hidden cabinets along walkways, deep storage and even a walk-in wardrobe!
- Master bedroom is definitely the biggest I have ever seen in Tokyo.
- 2 Balconies in living room and master room

⬥ The Not so Good ⬥ (in our personal opinion)
- Rent is expensive......... ~ 950K Yen per month (~ USD 7,500)
- Not as "exciting" as Shinjuku or Shibuya with less shopping/retail options nearby. There are still many eating options nearby and conbini (convenience stores).
