How to make SUPER Delicious Matcha Bun | Crispy outside and Soft inside | Papparoti/Rotiboy | Qiong

🍞Ingredients
1. Bread Dough
250g Bread flour 1.59cup
115ml Cold water 0.49cup
3g Instant yeast 1tsp
30g Caster sugar 2.4tbsp
1pc Egg 55g+-
8g Matcha powder 4tsp
3g Salt 1/2tsp
25g Unsalted butter 1.76tbsp

2. Matcha Toping
60g Unsalted butter 4.23tbsp
1pc Egg 55g+-
50g Sugar powder 7tbsp
50g Cake flour 6.15tbsp
6g Matcha powder 3tsp
8g Milk 1/2tbsp

* Preheat the Oven at 180°C (360°F) bake for 18 minutes, Cover with foil for the last 8 minutes
