Bina sukhaae Rajasthan ki traditional mung vadi ki sabzi banaein aasaani se.

INGREDIENTS :
MUNG DAL – ½ CUP (SOAKED FOR AN HOUR)
SALT – ¼ + ½ TSP
HING – ASAFOETIDA – 1 PINCH + ¼ TSP
DRIED RED CHILLI – 2, ROUGHLY CHOPPED
CORIANDER SEEDS – 1 TSP
DESI GHEE – 1 TABLESPOON
CUMIN SEEDS – ½ TSP
GREEN CHILLI – 2, CHOPPED
GINGER – 1 INCH
FENUGREEK LEAVES – 250 GM (CHOPPED)
RED CHILLI POWDER – 1 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER – ½ TSP
CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER – 1 TSP
GARAM MASALA – ¼ TSP
CORIANDER LEAVES – 2 TABLESPOON
