主麵團:
高筋麵粉 400克 (3+1/3杯)
水220克 ((1杯+1大勺+1小勺)
糖15克 (1大勺)
鹽6克 (1小勺)
檸檬汁15克 (1大勺)
雞蛋1個(帶殼60克)
波蘭種 200克(全部)
食用油15克 (1大勺)

烘焙:
220°C~230°C預熱20分鐘後放入加了毛巾的熱水盒子
再預熱10分鐘後放入麵包
12分钟后,取出装有热水的容器

Baking:
Preheat at 220°C~230°C for 20 minutes, then put in the hot water box with towels
Preheat for another 10 minutes and add the bread
After 12 minutes, remove the container with hot water
