This feel good Pilates workout is challenging but achievable and is appropriate for everyone including seniors and beginners. Using a small ball (also known as a bender ball) we will strengthen and lengthen the body in this mat workout. Exercises using the Pilates mini ball will focus on the abdominals, glutes and legs. We will finish with some stretches for flexibility.
