Sinigang sa Miso na Salmon Head and Belly
Ingredients:
3/4 kl Salmon Head
1/2 kl Salmon Belly
2 bundles mustard leaves
5 cloves garlic , minced
1 onion, sliced
2 small pcs ginger, crushed
3 ripe tomatoes, sliced
2 big green chillies
1/4 kl miso
1 small pack of knorr tamarind mix
Cooking oil for sauteing
Fish sause to taste
