We always have extra oranges on the shelf. So, I decided to turn these yummy citrus fruits into a light and refreshing Orange Cheesecake. The cheesecake layer is no bake, with some orange zest and freshly squeezed orang juice added to enhance the flavor. The top layer, orange jelly is a hit to the cheesecake. Not only it brings up the the orange favor, without making the whole cheesecake over orangey, but also make the cake very pleasing to the eyes.

家里总是有吃不完的橙子。拿了它们跟乳酪结合,做了一个清爽香甜的乳酪蛋糕。乳酪层是免烤,只放了少许柳橙汁和橙皮屑提味。最上层是香橙冻,除了凸显香橙乳酪蛋糕的灵魂人物‘香橙’之外,视觉效果也很加分。这样组合的香橙乳酪蛋糕整体的口感更清爽不腻,有兴趣的朋友不妨试一试。

Ingredients For Cake:
1)Egg Yolk – 1
2)Sugar – 5 g
3)Cooking Oil – 10g
4)Milk – 10g
5)Cake Flour – 13g
6)Egg Whites – 1个
7)Sugar – 13g
8)Vinegar – few drops

Ingredients For Orange Cheesecake:
1)Cream Cheese – 225g
2)Sugar – 65g
3)Plain Yogurt – 50g
4)Orange Zest – 2/3 of an orange
5)Orange Juice – 30g
6)Milk – 25g
7)Gelatin Powder– 6g
8)Whipping Cream – 120g

Orange Jelly:
1)Orange Juice – 200g
2)Sugar – 25g
3)Water – 25g
4)Gelatin Powder – 5g

香橙果冻材料:

2)白糖 – 25g
