In this tutorial I demonstrate how to decorate an elegant gold and silver Bokeh pattern on a fondant covered cake.

for the chocolate ganache:
400 grams milk chocolate
130 grams heavy / whipping cream
melt these two together in a microwave in 30 second intervals. Stir each time until melted and completely combined. Allow to set overnight or in the fridge for approximately 3 to 4 hours

The dusts I used:
Platinum Silver (Creative Cake Decorating)
Champagne Gold (Creative Cake Decorating)
Alcohol to create the paint
