Mocha'r paturi recipe: An easy recipe with mocha or banana flower marinated with mustard paste, coconut and green chillies, and roasted slowly on a tawa or kadai, or even in an oven. This is one of our family recipes that we have not seen anyone else make. The same dish can be made in a banana leaf or gourd leaf parcel too.
