Pizza frittata is one of my all time favorite breakfasts. Made with a combination of onions, garlic, red bell peppers, spinach, mushrooms and more, the omelette itself is out of this world. Combine this with pizza sauce, pepperoni, and cheese, it is simply to die for. If you are having trouble getting the kids to eat breakfast, this is your solution. I make this up about twice a month. Believe me, it is a hit every time.
