I’ve frozen the minced meat roulade and I’ve given it a new life. Brilliant trick!

Ingredients:
minced meat - 700 g (24.69 oz)
onion - 1 piece
eggs - 1 piece
flour - 20 g (0.7 oz)
salt - 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper - 5 g (0.18 oz)

For the filling:
ham - 200 g (7 oz)
pressed cheese - 150 g (5.3 oz)
red bell pepper - 50 g (1.76 oz)
yellow bell pepper - 50 g (1.76 oz)
green onion - 10 g (0.35 oz)
dill - 10 g (0.35 oz)

For the clear:
eggs - 3 pieces
milk - 150 ml (5.07 fl oz)
flour - 200 g (7 oz)
bread crumbs - 50 g (1.76 oz)
