【食材/Ingredients】
酒酿：糯米500g，酒曲10g（或按照包装上的说明使用），清水200g
慕斯：酒酿150g，淡奶油100g，椰奶50g，火龙果1个，吉利丁粉6g，水（泡吉利丁用）20g，糖15g，竹筒1个，粽叶1片，干桂花少许，薄荷叶1片

Chinese fermented sweet rice: sweet rice 500g，distillers yeast 10g (or according to the instructions), water 200g
Mousse: Fermented sweet rice 150g, heavy whipping cream 100g, coconut milk 50g, 1 dragon fruit, sugar 15g-30g, gelatin powder 6g, water (for gelatin) 20g, bamboo container, zongzi leave, touch of osmanthus, mint leaves
