This is my first VLOG about Dubai’s Real Estate and property market. I was visiting the new and upcoming Address JBR project which is due for completion in Dec 2020 and visiting the soon to be handed over W Residences at the Palm Jumeirah Island. Both projects are on the beach and have a hotel connected to the Residences. Both have excellent locations and great for investing into the luxury segment of Dubai’s real estate market.
