After a long day in the life of a Korean High Schooler, Nati and Harvey came out on top! They used the time we gave them to study the hardest and learn the most Korean, and as a reward we took them to maybe my favourite restaurant in Korea: Mongtan. Mongtan is a restaurant that I’ve previously waited hours just to try and get a reservation, and they do a unique take on traditional Korean BBQ; smoking and then BBQing giant beef ribs to perfection!

한국 고등학생으로서의 긴 하루를 보내고 나티와 하비가 한국어 성적 상위권을 차지했는데요! 주어진 시간에 열심히 공부한 둘을 제가 한국에서 제일 좋아하는 식당, 몽탄에 데려가기로 했어요. 몽탄은 제가 몇 시간을 기다려서 예약을 잡을 정도로 좋아하는 곳이에요. 한국의 전통 방식을 따라 아주 특이한 짚불구이를 먹을 수 있는데요. 짚불에 초벌이를 한뒤 가마솥뚜껑에 구워 먹는 환상의 맛이에요!
