This week, we take a tour of an overhauled 5-room 1,410 square foot resale HDB in Tampines. Interestingly, home owners Patrick and Furry decided not to engage an interior designer, and decided to undertake the transformation of their second home on their own instead. While neither of them have an ID background, their collective experience of a social media strategist (Furry) and a 3D artist (Patrick) proved to be helpful in their journey. Especially Patrick as he was able to do 3D renders to help them visualise their space better.

As this was their second home, it really helped that they knew what they wanted. Now with 2 kids in tow, they needed to have more concealed storage in order to keep the place looking neat and tidy still. We especially like their hidden play room area - of which the space is really cosy and a lovely space for their 2 boys to indulge in.
