As hard as they are to watch, videos like these are a harsh reminders that violence is a reality, and even though we aren’t required to learn self-defense, we have the right to. 

This Monday, August 9, 2021, we are launching a 10-day online self-defense course that is 100% free for anyone who wants to learn the most important fundamental self-defense skills jiu-jitsu has to offer. No experience is required, the course can be done solo or with a partner, and is designed to be completed from home at your own pace.
