Yam bean filling (沙葛馅):
500g yam bean / sengkuang , skinned and shredded (500克沙葛,去皮,切丝)
2 pcs beancurd, fried and diced (2块豆腐干,炸香切丁)
3 tbsp dried shrimp, soaked and chopped (3汤匙虾米,浸软,剁碎)
1 tbsp chopped garlic (1汤匙蒜茸)
2 tbsp cooking oil (2汤匙油)

Seasoning (调味料):
1 tsp salt (盐)
2 tsp sugar (糖)
1 tbsp light soy sauce (生抽)
1 tbsp oyster sauce (蚝油)
1/2 tsp ground pepper (胡椒料)
120ml water (水)

Sweet Bean Sauce (豆瓣甜酱):
1 tbsp oil (油)
1 tbsp chopped shallots and garlic (葱蒜茸)
1 1/2 tbsp bean paste (豆瓣酱)
1 tbsp oyster sauce (蚝油)
3 tbsp caster sugar (细砂糖)
120ml water (水)
1 tbsp tapioca starch add in 2 tbsp water (1汤匙木薯粉加入2汤匙水)

Other ingredients (其他配料):
3 eggs,add 1/4 tsp salt,beaten, made into omelette, shredded (3粒蛋加入1/4茶匙盐,打匀,煎成蛋皮,切丝

1 cucumber, shredded, 2 plants lettuce, washed and drained
1条黄瓜,切丝,2棵生菜,洗净滤干水份

Ingredients for skin (皮料):
500g (4cups) plain flour (普通面粉)
1 tsp salt (盐)
500ml water (水)
1 tbsp oil (油)
