1998년 부산 깡통시장에서 노점으로 시작한 유부전골(일명 유부주머니)입니다. 지금은 부산의 유명한 향토음식으로 알려진 곳입니다. 양념한 고기와 잡채를 유부에 넣어 미나리로 감싸 어묵탕에 넣어 먹습니다. 생각보다 큰규모의 공장과 깨끗한 위생이 인상적이었습니다.
