I've been wanting to talk about these cardio home workout mistakes for a really long time but I don't want to trigger anyone lol. eventually I decided to put my big girl pants on and share with you the top 4 cardio home workout mistakes that people make. Like i said these cardio home workout mistakes apply to people that want to lose weight. People that want to gain weight should also avoid these cardio home workout mistakes. Some examples of cardio exercises are running, jogging, swimming, kickboxing ETC. Any exercise that raises your heart rate is a cardio home workout. Doing some cardio is better than doing no cardio but with the help of these cardio home workout mistakes hopefully you can take your cardio exercise routine to the next level.
