Ingredients 食材:
1. The Puff batter
* 3pcs Eggs 鸡蛋
* 75g Cake flour 低筋面粉 1/2cup+1tbsp+1/4tbsp
* 55g Butter 黄油 2oz
* 65g Milk 牛奶 1/4cup+4tbsp
* 70g Water 水 1/4cup+2/3tbsp
* 6g Sugar 糖 1tbsp
* 1g Salt 1/8tsp
2. Cream 奶油霜:
* 200g Heavy whipping cream 淡奶油 3/4cup+1tbsp+3/4tbsp
* 10g Sugar 糖 3/4tbsp
* 30g Rose Syrup 1.5tbsp
* 1 Drops Food color pink 粉色食用色素
* 5g Lemon juice 1tsp
Preheat the Oven 190°C(370℉)baking for 8 minutes, Then turn to 180°C(356℉)baking 8-10 minutes.
