Full Body Barre Workout with Mini Loop Resistance Band // Shape, Tone & Stretch
Total body barre workout with (optional) resistance band is all low impact! I'm using a mini loop band in this video, but any resistance band will work for the majority of these exercises, such as theraband, booty band, fabric band... The band is used for added resistance to tone and shape the muscles and provide an extra challenge! Again, it's totally fine to do this workout without a band and you will still get a great workout!
After a warm up, the workout begins in a standing position using a chair as our "barre". We will also stand to work our arms using the band. (grab weights for this section if you don't have a band)
We then move to the floor/mat for core exercises and more leg and butt work. We finish with a full 10 minutes of stretching. Make sure you complete the stretching for nice long and lean muscles that you just spent time working so hard on!
