腌肉:腐乳(红方)1块,姜10克,生抽10克,料酒8克,糖2克
其他:小葱1根

Ingredients:
Baby back rib 400g
Sweet rice 50g, rice 50g
Spices: half pod of star anise, 2 dried chili peppers, small piece of cinnamon, 1 bay leaf, funnel 0.5g, 15 peppercorns, 8 clove buds
To marinate ribs: 1 curd of fermented tofu, minced ginger 10g, soy sauce 10g, cooking wine 8g, sugar 2g
Other: 1 scallion
