Arm workout:
Superset 1:
- reverse fly || 8reps/side X 4 sets
- Pushups || AMRAP (as many reps as possible) X 4 Sets
Superset 2:
- lateral raises || 8 reps x 3 sets
- Front cross raise || 12 reps X 3 sets
Bicep curl + shoulder press || 6 reps X 4 sets
Overhead extension || 8/side x 3 sets
Bent over extension || 8/side x 4 sets
Eccentric bicep curl || 6 reps x 4 sets
